Process
How It Works
Present ID: the resident or visitor presents their Emirates ID at reception.
Scan: security scans the ID using a card reader.
Verify: retrieve official details through authorised ICP validation services, where approved and configured.
Capture: select a frame from the live CCTV feed to register the face.
Submit: the maker submits the onboarding request with the required details.
Approve: the checker reviews and approves before the person becomes active as a resident, vendor or employee.
